DUE TO COVID-19, ALL USPS FIRST CLASS PARCELS WILL BE DELAYED BY ONE WEEK (NOT INCLUDING THE WEEKENDS).

Combine Order Policy

If you combine a preorder with products that are in stock, in-hand items will ship when your preorder is ready.

Preorder Address Change Policy

Since a lot of pre-orders take place, Mystical Bee Shop understands if you need an address change. You can email us that you need an address change with the new address so we can change it for you. You can contact us through [email protected]. If you have an address change request and forget to notify Mystical Bee Shop, then I am not responsible for the location/retrieval of the item. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU REQUEST AN ADDRESS CHANGE, YOU LOSE PAYPAL BUYER PROTECTION IF YOU ARE STILL UNDER THE 6-MONTH PROTECTION PERIOD. PAYPAL REQUIRES THE SELLER TO SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT. IF YOUR ORDER IS +$350, MYSTICAL BEE SHOP WILL NOT ACCEPT AN ADDRESS CHANGE. THIS IS FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION.

Customers may request an intercept ($15.00 fee sent as goods in PayPal) if and only if the item is eligible for an intercept. To request an intercept, please email [email protected].

Double Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Mystical Bee Shop does not combine pre-orders (both of the same design) to save shipping fees.

Ship To Name Policy

All products are sent to the individual’s name on the order. Mystical Bee Shop cannot ship items to potential PIN traders receiving your purchase. This is to prevent any errors from happening during the shipping process. Most importantly, this is to protect your purchase. Mystical Bee Shop will only ship to the name on the order. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving a confirmation email. please note the processing time window from the order date, not the delivery time. That depends on the carrier, and it's out of my control. Processing time is the time it takes to print a label, pack up your order & send it to a local postal carrier. During times with high volume seasons, processing may be on the longer side of the processing window. you will be sent a second email with shipping information, ie, tracking numbers. Once you receive this email, your order has begun the shipping process. if you haven't received any emails, please check your spam folder. Once USPS receives the package, tracking will update within 24-48 hours from the drop-off date, and you will be able to track your order until delivered. (Note that any international orders may not always have tracking numbers, and or tracking may change carriers once received outside the US.)

Shipping Disclaimer

Mystical Bee Shop is responsible for your pin UNTIL it reaches the United States Postal Office. 
after that, it is out of our control, if the package is lost or suspected stolen, it is up to the customer to contact USPS to file a claim
