The purpose of Mystical Bee Shop is to bring a fantasy to an already existing fan art base, giving fantasy art collectors an outlet dedicated to those collectors. The designed work used is NOT to be taken seriously everything you see is a parody of an already existing design. The amount of design used in all artwork has significantly been changed y at least 30% from its original design and is always listed as non-licensed. All artwork and products are listed as fantasy and should NOT be resold nor marketed as a licensed product. All Mystical Bee Shop designs are fan made. All Mystical Bee Shop products artwork is a parody. Through the Fair Use Ace, a doctrine in the late, artists are permitted “limited use of Copyrighted material without having to first acquire permission from copyright holder” [http://.en.wikipedia.org] also under Title 17 of the US Code, Mystical Bee Shop can create fan parody art. “Section 107 of the Copyright Act is the section that provides for fair use, a doctrine which allows certain actions which otherwise would amount to copyright infringement. Consumer Agreement:
By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you confirm the Mystical Bee Shop products CANNOT be traded or re-sold at any theme parks that offer a pin trading system. Through Stores terms of Service you are also in agreement that you understand that all products listed is used for parody; you will not re-list any item as authentic nor licensed. Mystical Bee Shop is not liable for any damages of any kind related to the site/services.

By agreeing to the Terms of service, you agree that Mystical Bee Shop my send information to you via email so that you are aware of any updates or events. Trough the use of this online store Mystical Bee Shop in service, you fully agreee to indemnify mystical Bee Shop owners or affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs and fees, arising from or related to your use.
PreOder PayPal Policy/Terms:

PreOder for pins can take anywhere from 3-8 months (at times longer if unforeseen delays occur). During the pin making process, I will either approve or deny effects/colors which may prolong the pin production. I will have a small amount of extra pins avaliable for purchase once all preorders have been shipped out, but wont have the PreOder discount. If you combine you order with an “IHP”( in hand product), then your IHP will ship when your PreOder is done with production. You can keep track of your PreOrder pin production by following @the.mystical.bee on Instagram you have 24hours from the Preorder purchase date/time to cancel your preorder. If an order is cancelled, the collector forfeits the preorder discounted price. To cancel your order, please email [email protected] with name and order number. If order has exceeded the 24 hour cancellation purchase time. Your preorder is solidified.
Sales tax Policy:
A sales tax will be applied to all California orders. It’s required by the state of California to collect this sales tax.
